Return and Refund Policy
At HAPBe Adventures, we’re committed to providing unforgettable experiences. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. However, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible.
Deposit
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable, except in certain special circumstances (see “Exceptions” below).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 60+ Days Before Departure: For cancellations made 60 or more days prior to the trip’s start date, any payments made beyond the initial deposit may be refunded.
- Cancellations Less Than 60 Days Before Departure: If cancellation occurs within 60 days of departure, refunds beyond the deposit will not be available due to pre-trip arrangements and costs.
Exceptions
- Extraordinary Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can arise. If your situation involves extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), please reach out to us at hello@hapbeadventures.com to discuss potential options. Exceptions may be made at our discretion. An exception may include applying the deposit to a different trip.
Trip Cancellations by HAPBe Adventures
If we must cancel a trip for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments, including the deposit.
